1. The Scheme.

Wascle offers a referral reward scheme (the "Scheme") where:

• The referred customer receives 10% off their first waste collection; and
• The referrer receives a £20 gift voucher, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Wascle may amend, suspend or withdraw the Scheme at any time.

2. Definitions.

• Referrer: the person/business recommending Wascle.
• Referred customer: a new customer introduced to Wascle via the Scheme.
• Recommended by field: the field where the referred customer enters the referrer's email address.

3. Eligibility.

• The Scheme is open to domestic and trade customers.
• The referred customer must be new to Wascle (not an existing customer/account, contact or active lead already in Wascle's system).
• The referral must be linked by the referred customer entering the referrer's email address in the "Recommended by" field at the time of quote request/booking.

4. The 10% discount (referred customer).

• The 10% discount applies to the referred customer's first collection only.
• The discount must be applied at the time of quote request/booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.
• The discount has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

5. The £20 voucher (referrer).

• The referrer will receive one £20 gift voucher for each qualifying referral.
• The voucher is issued only after the referred customer's first collection is completed and paid.
• Please allow up to 30 days from completion/payment for the voucher to be processed and sent to your email address. Vouchers are issued via a website called Tremendous.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. Voucher usage/expiry is subject to the voucher provider's terms.

6. One referrer per referred customer.

• Only one referrer can be credited per referred customer.
• If multiple referrer email addresses are provided, the first valid email recorded will be used.

7. Limits and exclusions.

• Wascle may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse (for example, limiting the number of vouchers issued to a referrer within a given time period).
• Referrals that are cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid will not qualify for rewards.

8. Misuse.

Wascle may withhold, cancel or recover discounts/vouchers where misuse is suspected, including (but not limited to):

• self-referrals;
• creating multiple accounts to claim rewards;
• using false details;
• attempting to claim rewards without a genuine new customer booking and paid collection.

9. Changes and withdrawal. Wascle reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Scheme and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

10. Governing law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
